Role Overview
The Media Associate for AdOps will manage reporting operations, trafficking and assist with media performance analysis.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the media and ad operations leads in management of advertising programs across a range of digital advertising channels, specific to ad operations
- Manage trafficking of all ad campaigns, including creative QC, tag creation and implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and management of vendor operational needs.
- Pull spend and performance updates across media partners, and report out on key metrics including pacing, disciplined analysis by platform, channel and creative
- Maintain regular reporting, including piecing together and circulating reports for daily optimizations as well as longer term analysis reports, both internal and external facing
Preferred Skills & Background
- Experience with digital advertising programs on behalf of political candidates or committees
- Experience managing media plans or budgets, a strong understanding of digital media buying
- 1-2 years of media agency experience
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including ad platforms, ad servers, data management platforms, tag management solutions, and other related products
- Exceptional communication skills - individual can grasp unique objectives and can clearly articulate a proposed solution
- Ability to work collaboratively in a group environment, exceptional work ethic, a self-starter comfortable with late hours and regular seven day work weeks
- Passion for politics and desire to elect Hillary Clinton the next President of the United States.
