Search Engine Specialist

Role Overview

The Search Engine Specialist will be responsible for creative development, project management, ad trafficking, reporting and optimization for all paid search ad campaigns.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage all search based campaigns, including media budget, creative, pacing, reporting and optimization
• Implement paid search best practices, providing recommendations for optimizations based on campaign KPIs
• Manage budgets and pacing and communicate clearly with the media lead on changes and trends
• Develop campaign copy/creative and develop a tagging system for clear reporting and optimization.

Desired Skills:

• 2 to 4 years of online media experience, preferably in search engine marketing specifically
• Experience with digital advertising programs on behalf of political candidates or committees
• Strong ability to work closely within a team structure to problem solve, and manage multiple priorities at the same time
• Experience managing search campaigns across multiple partners
• Strong familiarity with the digital environment and media planning and buying process
• Expertise in managing numbers and proficiency in executing approved media buys
• A detail-oriented approach to achieving objectives
• Ability to work collaboratively in a group environment, exceptional work ethic, a self-starter comfortable with late hours.
• Passion for politics and desire to elect Hillary Clinton the next President of the United States
