Software Development Technology Lead

Virtual Health, a leader in health information technology, is seeking a Software Development Technology Lead.

The Position:

• Contribute to vision for and execute on evolving the company’s ground-breaking population health management platform
• Supervise and conduct architecture, design, and coding activities to support new features and functional components
• Manage, guide, and support other members of the engineering team
• Engage with clients as a technology subject matter expert and provide real-time feedback to client questions and requests
• Support senior technology executives and add value with respect to strategic discussions and key technology decisions

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise technology development, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Expertise and deep experience with PHP (Yii framework), MySQL, Javascript, HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of agile methodology, common architectural patterns, and standard development tools (version control, project tracking, collaboration).
• Bi-lingual fluency in English and Russian (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
