Overall responsibility:  The Marketing Administrator is responsible for execution of outbound telemarketing activities, coordination of promotions and campaigns, market research, CRM database maintenance and other sales and marketing administrative functions.

Key areas of responsibility:


    • Capability to articulate Cubex value proposition via Phone Conference, PowerPoint presentation, or Video Conference

    • Execute outbound telemarketing to prospective clients and / or partners

    • Coordinate lead generation activities, including working relationship with Cubex outside sales team

      Market Research

    • Perform market research, on-line searches, phone interviews

    • Gather and compile industry specific lists of target accounts

    • Complete data analysis, content cleansing, formatting and other data work via Excel

    • Update CRM database

      Campaign Management

    • Working with EVP of Sales & Marketing Director, support the development of promotions and campaigns

    • Manage launch of promotions and campaigns including providing executive status outputs and reports

    • Update campaign status within CRM database 

      Other Duties:

    • Support of tradeshows (pre and post) working with Cubex marketing and outside sales teams

    • Coordination of marketing campaign follow up (phone/email)

    • Marketing literature management & packet assembly

    • Email and phone interaction with customers and partners 

      Job location(s):

    • Cubex Phoenix Office

    • Occasional travel for meetings.

  • Technical: 

    • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    • Knowledge of Cubex technology (through training)

      Education/Licenses/Certifications Required:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar advanced training in Marketing

  • 5+ Years marketing administration, project management, account management or sales administration experience
