VP of Marketing

Our mission is simple: We help people take control of their health and their future. We recently launched a Direct to Consumer product, which is showing good traction, and we’re ready to market it aggressively.

Your mission is clear: explosive growth. It is the key metric that you will own, that you will be evaluated against, and that you will be acknowledged for when you succeed!

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about the company’s mission as well as your individual role. There is no other way.

Your initial responsibilities will be:

  • Define the brand story and product positioning
  • Segment the market and choose your targets
  • Build your strategy utilizing multiple channels to best access our core customer
  • Own and champion the voice of the product internally

As our company grows and you take on more responsibility, we envision you:

  • Building and managing a cross-functional marketing team that manages brand, product marketing, content marketing, social media, and digital acquisition.
  • Working across a design team, engineering team, and operations team to ensure consistent user experience, a resonant brand, and a powerful message going out to our target customers.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be exquisitely comfortable using data. You will need this skill to drive strategy, make decisions, and win big.
  • Have demonstrated success in marketing execution. You have driven growth for a consumer product by getting your hands dirty, making decisions, and learning as you go.
