We are looking for an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing global marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads and accelerate pipeline opportunities. Experience should include all aspects of the integrated marketing mix - email, digital advertising, direct mail, webinars, event marketing and more! This role will collaborate closely with other members of the Marketing team to coordinate PR, product marketing, copywriting, event marketing, blogging and marketing automation efforts in an integrated fashion.


  • Implement a steady stream of campaigns that incorporate inbound and outbound marketing strategies
  • Manage the content marketing plan
  • Manage, write and edit marketing content; including but not limited to ebooks, emails, web content and webinar presentations
  • Work with Sales to identify campaign opportunities that will support their pipeline
  • Serve as project manager for campaign execution
  • Improve data segmentation to deliver more relevant content to prospects at the right time
  • Own campaign results, reporting and analytics, including tracking and follow-up on marketing-generated sales opportunities
  • Provide expertise and analysis to improve campaign performance and corporate growth

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing programs, marketing campaigns and/or marketing communications
  • Experience with marketing automation (such as Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage projects to on-time completion within budget
  • Creative, goal-oriented approach
  • Sound decision-making based on data and best practices

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience in a global B2B software or technology company
  • Proficiency with WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Background in adapting campaigns for other regions outside of North America
