The role:

We are seeking a well-rounded Director of Performance who has a passion working in the professional athletic industry. The right candidate for this position will have extensive experience training high level performance athletes, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build out a following of huge proportions while making a potential global impact.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Prior experience as a Director of Performance in the high level athletic training industry.

• Experience working at a high level with either college/pro athletes or consumers at the large-scale gym level.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.

• Top flight interpersonal and public communication skills.

• Strong, driven, with a proven track record of professional growth.

• Local or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

You will:

Build and maintain the programs delivered by the product. This person will be in charge of building the training program, interface with clients and key stakeholders on a regular basis.

4. Documenting the Future philosophy and what it is
