The company has over 120 leading brand clients like Chanel, Dyson and HelloFresh and the founding team comes from leadership roles at Sequoia-backed companies as well as Stanford/Harvard backgrounds.

Our Ideal Candidate has built or grown highly successful teams:

• Led successful teams in client success / business operations / account management at a B2B startup with Series A/B/C level funding

• Founded a company with significant growth in the B2B software space

• Been a GM or revenue-owner of a successful business unit focused on B2B

You Will:

• Lead multiple teams across client success, services and account management (currently 10 people in total, increasing to 20+ by next year)

• Own client revenue growth, up selling and product adoption

• Work closely with CEO + founding team on company roadmap and direction
