About pdfFiller product team:
We are a passionate and ambitious team of 120+ people on a mission to succeed with our online PDF creator and editor – pdfFiller. pdfFiller empowers over 10 million users every month to create and edit PDFs, send them for signing, and securely store documents within a single application. Offering unlimited storage, unlimited templates, and cross-platform integration, pdfFiller is the only PDF editor needed to get your document done.

The General Manager, pdfFiller will drive strategy, planning, and product to deliver and expand the use of our innovative product, pdfFiller, to the growing marketplace. The General Manager is accountable for managing the P&L while leading the vision and strategy of the product and delivery. This role is ultimately accountable for the results of a continuously innovative portfolio within an ecosystem that tackles difficult problems and achieves ambitious growth goals. This includes assessing market opportunities, managing the product roadmap, and executing go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader experienced in managing Product-Led Growth strategies for SaaS solutions in innovative and fast-paced environments while balancing growth with unit economics.

What You Will Do

  • Own the P&L, deliver and manage forecasts, budgets, and roadmaps that drive meaningful growth
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to build the vision, strategy, and operating plan to realize the full potential of the product investment and achieve aggressive growth goals
  • Develop, launch, and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the product, as a key component of a larger product portfolio, to grow the product and the overall portfolio, by unlocking synergies, aligning with Company objectives and staying on top of market trends
  • Build a platform approach to continuous improvement of product/GTM and scalable expansion plans based on changing market conditions.
  • Work closely with the sales, support, product marketing, and marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to acquire and grow customers
  • Manage a cross-functional team around key metrics and goals for improving product growth while building a culture of performance and accountability
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization for the product, ensuring the achievement of financial targets

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive management experience in C-Suite or senior leadership positions within software or product-led growth technology companies
  • Proven leadership in driving financial results in product, engineering, or marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation, process excellence, and quality improvement
  • Proven track record in data-driven product planning, including defining and launching successful products, unifying product portfolios, and working with SaaS product lines
  • The ability to evaluate strategic direction and demonstrate initiative in tactical decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Product roadmaps, OKRs, data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior management of engineering and interdisciplinary teams
  • Understanding of PLG models is a plus
