Junior Social Media Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online presence across platforms. In this remote role, you’ll be the voice of our brand crafting engaging content, growing our audience, and driving meaningful interaction. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to align social efforts with broader business goals, no previous experience required with provided and paid training.

What You’ll Do

* Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that reflects brand tone and voice.

* Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.

* Analyze performance metrics and produce monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

* Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant.

* Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency.

* Manage influencer relationships and strategic partnerships when applicable.

What We’re Looking For

* Social media management or digital content creation.

* Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills.

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively in a remote environment.

* Eye for design; basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
