What You’ll Do
Engage & Support
- Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate assistance via live chat, messaging, and email.
- Help customers navigate products, place orders, resolve issues, and find the answers they need.
- Make every interaction feel personal and meaningful.
Solve & Improve
- Diagnose customer concerns and walk them through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate issues when needed and track patterns to help strengthen internal processes.
- Manage multiple conversations at once while staying detail-oriented and composed.
Document & Communicate
- Log interactions in our CRM system with accuracy and clarity.
- Update customer accounts and prepare summaries when necessary.
- Share customer insights with the team to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate & Grow
- Partner with teammates and cross-department groups to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute ideas to enhance chat workflows, templates, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s a plus but not required).
- Customer service experience (chat or email support is a bonus).
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong writing, grammar, and tone control.
- Comfort using chat platforms, CRMs, and standard office tools.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
- Independence and organization in a remote setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts if needed.
