This is an excellent opportunity to put your data entry skills to work in a growing funding organization.

We are seeking dependable, detail-driven Remote Data Entry Specialists to accurately input, update, and manage financial and client data within our internal systems. Your responsibilities will include entering application details, verifying documents, updating funding records, processing payment information, and ensuring all data meets regulatory and internal compliance standards. The ideal candidate is proficient with computers, demonstrates strong typing skills, and maintains strict confidentiality. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States, and entry-level candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at our funding company, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining organized, accurate information that supports our operations and client funding processes.

  • Enter and update client, application, and financial data into spreadsheets and company databases.

  • Extract and input data from forms into Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal software.

  • Organize digital files and documents for efficient access and secure storage.

  • Ensure all data is entered accurately and consistently throughout the review and approval process.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company, financial, and data-security standards.

  • Communicate with team members via email or chat to clarify information or resolve inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.

  • Fast, accurate typing and excellent computer skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workstation.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines.
